Packing your bag with the essentials will make sure you’re ready to crush your workout from start to finish. Keep it simple with these must-have items:

Keep a spare set of gym clothes and sneakers in your bag, especially if you’re always on the go. The right gear helps you get the most out of your workout, so invest in comfortable athletic wear and sneakers that boost your performance.
